These are sooooooooo awsome, can you explain the process or is it a secret - LOL! Do you find this valuable?

Not a secret. Take a photo into photoshop,make the photo b/w and play around with brightness and contrast. voila. oh and of course you then paint it. lol Do you find this valuable?
